Dr. Nsuela Mukana, MD, is a board-certified Family Physician dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized healthcare for patients of all ages. With more than a decade of experience in family medicine, she is committed to helping individuals and families achieve better health through preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Mukana earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Houston and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State College of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Before founding Clínica Familiar Nuevo Buen Pastor, Dr. Mukana served the Houston community as a Family Physician and Medical Director, leading quality improvement initiatives and providing comprehensive primary care. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, women's health, chronic disease management, weight management, hormone therapy, and wellness care.
Dr. Mukana believes every patient deserves compassionate, personalized care. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with individuals and families while helping them achieve healthier lives through prevention, education, and evidence-based medicine.
